FILTER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight filter device. SOLUTION: The filter device includes: a hollow housing 13 to which an input connector 12 is connected; and resonance elements 14 provided inside the housing 13. In the filter device, the housing 13 includes a frame body 13b having an opening 13a in the lower part thereof, a lid 15 mounted on the opening 13a, and a partition 13c for partitioning the interior of the frame body 13b into a plurality of hollow sections 5. The housing 13 is connected with the lid 15 by means of solder 16 at the entire circumference of an end of the opening 13a. A double-sided copper-clad substrate is used for the partition 13c, and the upper side of the partition 13c is connected with the frame body 13b by means of solder 16 while the lower side of the partition 13c is connected with the lid 15. Thereby, since a printed circuit board is used for the partition 13c and connected with the lid 15 by means of solder 16, a lightweight filter device can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
