Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor, a method of fabricating the same, and an organic electroluminescent display having the same. SOLUTION: The thin film transistor includes: a substrate; a buffer layer positioned on the substrate; a semiconductor layer positioned on the buffer layer; source/drain electrodes positioned in direct contact on the semiconductor layer; a gate insulating layer positioned on the entire surface of the substrate; and a gate electrode positioned on the gate insulating layer and positioned to correspond to the semiconductor layer.
