PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device equipped with a support function for contributing to user customization, and to provide a medical program. SOLUTION: The medical device 1000 is configured to process medical information by executing an application that operates on the basis of the settings of setting data, and provided with: a notification part 1001 for giving a notification for prompting a user to issue an instruction to temporarily apply setting data; a processing part 101 for executing the application by using the setting data instructed by the user in accordance with the notification by the notification part 1001; a processing output part 1003 for outputting, to the user, the result of the application executed by the processing part 101; a setting data determination part 1004 for giving a notification to request the user to determine to use the setting data instructed by the user, as normal setting, along with the output of the processing output part 1003; and a storage part (storage means) 102 for storing the result of the application executed by using the setting data determined by the setting data determination part 1004.
