PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle information control device recognizing speech during updating of a speech recognition dictionary used for speech recognition. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle information processor 1 includes: an external communication device 22 to which information terminal 2 including information data, and an attribution data including identification information for specifying the information data, are connected; a speech recognition dictionary creating part 34 for creating the speech recognition dictionary in which a part of the attribution data obtained from the information terminal 2 is converted to a speech recognition data; a speech recognition dictionary table 40 for storing the speech recognition dictionary; a speech recognition device 25 for performing speech recognition processing of detecting the identification information from the speech recognition dictionary including the speech recognition data corresponding to processed speech; a processor 20 for obtaining information data of the information terminal 2 from the identification information via an information data obtaining part 31; and a determination part 35 for determining whether, the identification information detected by speech recognition processing matches the identification information of the information terminal.
