Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart noncombustibility to a soundproofing material used for a wall, a floor, building equipment, etc. SOLUTION: A fiber sheet lined aluminum foil 2 including an aluminum foil and a fiber sheet formed of an inorganic fiber and laid on the aluminum foil is laid, with the side of the aluminum foil up, on at least a surface of a sound insulating material 1 formed of a sheet having a surface density of 1.5 kg/m2or above. In a heat generation test of a noncombustibility test according to ISO5660-1, the side of the aluminum foil is heated. Any crack or hole penetrating to the back face, which is harmful in view of fireproofness, is not formed in the soundproofing material at least for 5 minutes after start of heating with gross heating value of 8 MJ/m2or less, and the maximum heat generation rate of the soundproofing material is 200 kW/m2or less for 10 continuous seconds.
