Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting control unit capable of accurately controlling pump tilting to target pump tilting. SOLUTION: This tilting control unit includes: a variable-displacement hydraulic pump 2 which supplies driving pressure to a hydraulic actuator 5; a hydraulic switching valve 13 which generates control pressure for pump tilting control; a piston 12 for tilting control, which changes the pump capacity of the hydraulic pump 2 depending on the drive of the hydraulic switching valve 13; a proportional solenoid valve 14 which outputs command pressure P0 for driving the hydraulic switching valve 13; a drain pressure computing circuit 36 which computes back pressure Pd acting on the hydraulic switching valve 13 against the command pressure P0; and a controller 20 which corrects the command pressure P0 depending on the back pressure computed by the drain pressure computing circuit 36.
