INK COMPOSITION FOR LAYING FINE PATTERN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for laying a fine pattern, which enables to form a fine ink film laminate required for various electronic parts by letterpress reverse printing without breaking (void generation) of an ink film, and which enables to reproduce a precise image. SOLUTION: The ink composition for laying a fine pattern is used in a letterpress reverse printing process including: pressing a uniform ink coating formed on a blanket surface against a letterpress printing plate; transferring a pressed part to the letterpress printing plate; removing the transferred pressed part to form an image on the blanket surface; and transferring the image to a substrate 5 to be printed. The ink composition comprises a resin component, a granular component and an organic solvent, wherein the resin component comprises a high film-forming resin having a Tg of ≥25°C and a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-200,000. The ink composition is suitably used for transfer especially across former pattern steps present on a substrate to be printed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
