Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based solidified body adsorbing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by incorporating cleaned waste casting sand. SOLUTION: The cement-based solidified body is obtained by solidifying the hydraulic cement by hydraulic reaction, contains the cleaned waste casting sand obtained by washing without firing the waste casting sand and having ≤2 mm particle diameter (it is preferable to contain a fine particle having ≤0.6 mm particle diameter) and is used under the atmosphere.
