TRANSMISSION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: through a transmission network (so called smart grid) configured so that a communication means monitors and/or controls the power consumption of a power consumer, the power supply of a power supplier by a solar battery, wind power generation and small-scale hydraulic power generation, and the amount of power generation of a power company is proposed and brought into a practical use by use of IT technologies and control technologies, the transmission network by use of utility poles has disadvantage that a baby buggy or wheelchair may be exposed to a risk, disaster rescue may be hindered, or a signal line may be disconnected in a cable communication in a disaster.
