OSCILLATOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator device capable of suppressing variation in oscillation frequency of an output signal, even if an ambient temperature of the oscillator abruptly changes. SOLUTION: The oscillator device includes: a level adjustment unit 1200 that adjusts the signal level of a control signal SI generated by repeating change from a first potential to a second potential and change from the second potential to the first potential each in predetermined timing in order once supplied with the control signal SI; a waveform shaping unit 1300 that generates a correction voltage VC by shaping the waveform of the control signal SI whose signal level has been adjusted; and an addition unit 600 that corrects a compensation voltage by adding the correction voltage VC output from the waveform shaping unit 130 to a compensation voltage output from a temperature compensation unit 500, and applies the corrected compensation voltage to varactors C100 and C200.
