SOLUTION: The system includes condensers 24, 93, 97, 125 producing condensed water by cooling vapor-content gas. When there is a risk of freezing at the freezing-risk sites 30, 32, or when they are frozen, a control part 5 executes a freezing restraint mode for restraining freezing at the freezing-risk sites 30, 32 by raising a production volume and/or temperature of condensed water condensed at the condensers 24, 93, 97, 125.
