VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine that is applicable even to machines already shipped or installed and improves advertising effect while reducing the loss of sales opportunity. SOLUTION: The vending machine includes an outer door 10 that constitutes a front surface and has at least two window parts 21 and 22 for mounting a paper money insertion section 14 into which paper money is inserted, and a fluorescent lamp 20 for illuminating a region for sale in the outer door 10. The vending machine sells products stored therein when the machine is in service and satisfies a desired selling condition. The vending machine also includes a display member 30 that has a built-in light source 34, is arranged so that the display surface 321 can be seen from the front surface through the window part 22, turns on the light source 34 when at least the fluorescent lamp 20 is turned off, and displays a display object shown on the display surface 321.
