Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a specular reflection image of an O-ring outer wall seal portion (ring-like outer-inclining portion) to be applied to a high-speed inspection for flaws, dents, and cracks by obtaining the image. SOLUTION: The O-ring 7 is irradiated directly with the illumination luminous flux from LED light sources 1 at a position arc-like lined with respect to the O-ring 7 and also via a cylindrical mirror 5 on the O-ring 7, and the specularly reflected light from the outer wall seal of the O-ring 7 irradiated with the illumination luminous flux forms a specularly reflected image via the cylindrical mirror 5.
