Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film for a solar cell suitable for a solar cell module suitable for maintenance of a moisture-proofing property for a long period of time and an adhesion property with a moisture-proofing layer. SOLUTION: In the polyester film for the solar cell, the content of a cyclic trimer in the polyester film is 5,000 ppm or less based on the amount of polyester film, the amount of cyclic trimer on a film surface on at least one surface of the polyester film is 50 μg/m2or less, and the amount of a linear oligomer on the film surface is 20-100 μg/m2.
