PASSENGER GUIDE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display guide information in the vicinity of a destination on a guide plate, without troubling a passenger, when the passenger arrives at a station in the vicinity of the destination. SOLUTION: The guide information on the alighting station periphery existing in the vicinity of the destination, is retrieved by making access to a retrieval server 400 by the guide plate 1010 of a boarding station or a portable terminal 1900 possessed by the passenger. The retrieval server 400 stores a retrieval result together with an identification number. A train information management server 200 guides a boarding train for the passenger. When the fact that the train arrives at an alighting station is informed from the train information management server 200 or when the passenger comes out of a wicket of the alighting station, the guide information in the vicinity of the destination provided from the retrieval server 400, is displayed on the guide plate 1020 of the alighting station.
