JULIENNING DEVICE OF ROOT VEGETABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a julienning device capable of vertically placing root vegetables and solving a problem that a plurality of root vegetables cannot be simultaneously supplied in a conventional julienning device wherein a julienning blade (a comb blade and a straight blade) vertically moving and a diving cutter are arranged on a front surface of a casing, a sizing cutter is provided on an upper side of the dividing cutter, a pressing block body pressing and supplying root vegetables toward the dividing cutter is provided so as to move backward/forward, block bodies of the root vegetables divided by the dividing cutter are formed and cut into fine strips by the julienning blade. SOLUTION: The julienning device includes a second cutter means composed of a section performing a second processing of julienning, and two cutters; a throw-in chute, a first cutter means performing a first processing, a pressing means pressing root vegetables under a supplying port toward the first cutter means, a moving means actuating the pressing means, a second driving portion driving the moving means, a first driving portion operating the second cutter means, and a door blocking the supplying port.
