Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adlay gruel and powdery granular functional foods mainly composed of adlay, from which water-soluble active ingredients and lipophilic active ingredients contained in adlay can be efficiently and easily obtained, and to provide a production method thereof. SOLUTION: Hulled adlay seeds are roasted and grounded to be used, polished rice and seasoning ingredients such as honey and natural salt are added thereto, the obtained is boiled to be gruel-like, with germinated adlay water-soluble extracts extracted from germinated adlay, and further the adlay gruel is applied with freezed dry treatment to provide powder granular form.
