Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient output in motor-driven vehicles by restraining deterioration of power supplies for motor-driven vehicles, lengthening the lives of the power supplies, and preventing insufficient discharge power of the power supplies. SOLUTION: A power supply control unit of power supplies for motor-driven vehicles includes a mass energy storage device 21 and a large-output energy storage device 22 as a composite power supply, and controls an amount of discharge and an amount of charge by the mass energy storage device 21 and the large-output energy storage device 22 to control power supply to the motor-driven vehicle. The power supply control unit includes a control unit 11 for changing a discharging object such that the mass energy storage device 21 mainly discharges electricity before prescribed conditions are satisfied, and at least the large-output energy storage device 22 discharges electricity after the prescribed conditions are satisfied, and first and second charge and discharge quantity adjustment means 23, 24. In this case, the prescribed conditions are related to, for example, the temperature of the mass energy storage device 21. The control unit 11, or the like determines the satisfaction of the prescribed conditions based on the temperature of the mass energy storage device 21 detected by a temperature sensor 18.
