NETWORK QUALITY MEASURING SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for device preparation in communication quality measurement in a network providing a plurality of kinds of communication services, furthermore, to simplify a setting method, and to enable efficient measurement. SOLUTION: For each application name used for a service of a measurement object, an information storage processing section stores in a storage device session information packet information and a measurement item used for the relevant application by being associated the with each other beforehand. When an application name is inputted from an input section, a session control section reads the corresponding session information from the storage device and performs session establishment processing. A packet generating section reads the corresponding packet information from the storage device, generates and transmits/receives a test packet. A quality measuring section reads the corresponding measurement item from the storage device and performs communication quality evaluation on the test packet which is transmitted and received by the packet generating means.
