Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current transformer that hardly suffers from magnetic saturation and prevents an increase in phase error between a primary current and a secondary output. SOLUTION: In the current transformer wherein a primary current in a primary winding is transformed into a secondary current in a secondary winding according to a turn ratio of the primary winding to the secondary winding which are wound around a first annular iron core, a magnetic member is fixed to a cut part or a slit formed in the annular iron core. The iron core is made by putting a slit in a cut core and then sticking the slit part together. Compared with an iron core formed with a slit but not stuck together, an increase in magnetic resistance and an extreme decrease in exciting impedance are suppressed and the squareness ratio is reduced.
