CONTACT PREVENTION SYSTEM, CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact prevention system capable of preventing the contact of a construction machine with a person at a higher level, the construction machine, and a program. SOLUTION: A human position detector 50 detects a position of an operator existing around the construction machine 40, and human position information showing the detected position of the operator is stored in a storage unit 23. A human position prediction unit 21 predicts a position of the operator after the lapse of a predetermined time based on human position information at plural points of time stored in the storage unit 23, and a machine position detection unit 30 detects a position of a predetermined portion of the construction machine 40. A distance between the portion of the construction machine 40 and the operator after the lapse of the predetermined time is computed based on the detected position of the portion and the position of the operator predicted by the human position prediction unit 21, and information based on the computation result is outputted by a display unit 25 and a sound output unit 26.
