MOVING IMAGE EXTRACTION DEVICE, PROGRAM AND MOVING IMAGE EXTRACTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image extraction device, a program and a moving image extraction method. SOLUTION: The moving image extraction device includes: a movement detection unit which detects the movement of the imaging device during the pickup of the moving image based on a moving image picked up by an imaging device; a subject detection unit which detects subjects from the moving image; a subject selection unit which selects a subject which is detected over a section of a predetermined length or more by the subject detection unit as a target subject in a section where the movement of the imaging device is detected by the movement detection unit; and an extraction unit which extracts a section containing the target subject selected by the subject selection unit from the moving image.
