Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indigo dyeing method enabling repeated dyeing with fresh leaves of Japanese indigo plant and shortening time necessary for dyeing. SOLUTION: There is provided the dyeing method to perform dyeing by using an immobilized enzyme obtained by immobilizing β-glucosidase on a particle and allowing the dyeing object contact ammonia vapor and/or oxygen-containing air. The dyeing method is an extremely efficient method to perform the dyeing in an ordinary environment, shorten the necessary time for dyeing to several minutes or shorter, prevent residue of the enzyme in fiber, and enable repeated dyeing.
