Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin composition that is used for an adhesive or a sealing material between resin materials represented by PP or POM (plastics and engineering plastics) or between those resin materials and materials of different kinds (glasses, metals, ceramics, etc.), has excellent adhesion, and is excellent in chemical resistance, gas barrier properties, mechanical strength, elasticity, and workability. SOLUTION: The method for producing a resin composition used as an adhesive between resin materials or between the resin materials and a materials of different kinds selected from glasses, metals, and ceramics includes kneading a raw material comprising a silicone resin (A) and a polyolefin resin (B) as principal components at a weight ratio (A): (B) of 1:99 to 90:10 while being heated at a temperature of 80-200°C.
