METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPRAY TYPE HARD POLYURETHANE FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spray type hard polyurethane foam, in which initial foaming properties and workability are improved while suppressing increase of an amount of an amine catalyst without using a heavy metal catalyst containing highly toxic lead, tin and the like. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a spray type hard polyurethane foam by reaction of a polyol and polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, a foaming agent and an auxiliary agent if needed, a foaming additive comprising a salt of one or two or more amine compounds selected from the group consisting of amine compounds represented by general formula (1) (in formula, R1to R4each independently denote a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and n denotes an integer of 1 or more) and carbon dioxide is used as a part or all of the foaming agent, and one or two or more catalysts selected from the group consisting of tertiary amines, quaternary ammonium salts and metal carboxylates (except salts of lead, tin and mercury) are used as the catalyst.
