Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new, unique and excellently versatile food product packaging material or the like capable of storing not only a food product with a little water content such as bread but also a food product with a large amount of water content and a liquid component for a long period at a high quality, and subjecting the food product in the package directly to cooking. SOLUTION: The food product packaging material is formed by molding a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, and includes at least one moisture transmission control layer having a transition region having an increase in water vapor transmission amout WVTRbetween a reference temperature TS(°C) and a temperature TS+10(°C) of 2-100 times of an increase in water vapor transmission amout WVTRbetween a temperature TS-10 (°C) and the reference temperature TS(°C) in a plot chart of temperature (°C)-water capor transmission amount WVTR(g/(m2h)) measured under a moisture condition of 60%RH based on JIS L1099 A-2 method, having a water vapor transmission amount WVTR(g/m2h) at a temperature less than the reference temperatue area of more than 0 and less than 50, and having a reference temperature Ts (°C) within the range of 0 to 100°C.
