Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh water production device which can more increase the production efficiency of fresh water by adding a measure capable of recovering concentrated salt water and precipitated salt stored in a storage part to "the fresh water production device" in the patent application by this applicant without interrupting fresh water production, and to provide a fresh water production-power generation device which not only can perform fresh water production, but also can perform power generation. SOLUTION: In addition to the device composed of a water vapor generation part, a dew condensation generation part and a communication part in "the fresh water production device" in the prior application (publication of the patent No. 4288642), and additionally provided with a salt water feeding apparatus and a fresh water recovering apparatus, the bottom part of the storage part of salt water in the husk part of the water vapor generation part has a form tilted from both the side parts to the central part, and, by utilizing a central recessed part, a concentrated salt water and precipitated salt recovering apparatus capable of recovering concentrated salt water and precipitated salt is provided. Then, an air rarefaction apparatus is fitted thereto. Then, regarding the fresh water production-power generation device, in addition to the air rarefaction apparatus, a water vapor turbine and a heat generator corresponding to weak pressure water vapor are added.
