PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher which can announce the necessity of a required inspection in connection not only with operating time but also with other indexes. SOLUTION: The oxygen enricher has integrated operating time information generation section integrating operating time information and generating total operating time information, a required inspection time determination section determining whether or not the integrated operating time information exceeds required inspection time information, a total use period information generation section generating total use period information on the basis of first operation start time information and operation ending time information of the oxygen enricher, a required inspection total use period information determining section determining whether or not the total use period information exceeds the required inspection total use period information, and the required inspection information display determining section displaying required inspection information in the display section, when the required inspection time determining section determines that the total use period information exceeds the required inspection time information, and/or when the required inspection total use period information determining section determines that the total use period information exceeds the required inspection total use period information.
