HELICAL ANTENNA AND RADIO EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical antenna having a structure capable of easily fixing a helically wound conductor inside a cover and also to provide radio equipment using the helical antenna. SOLUTION: In the helical antenna comprising the helically wound conductor 1, a power feeding connector 3 and the cover 2 to cover the conductor 1, non-woven cloth 15 is arranged between a leading end of the helically wound conductor 1 and the cover 2. The conductor 1 is pressed onto an inner wall of the cover 2 by means of elasticity of the non-woven cloth 15 for fixing the conductor 1 to the cover 2. A support part 4 is arranged in the power feeding part 2, and the support part 4 is fitted and fixed at an open end of the cover. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
