PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile apparatus, a facsimile communication system, a facsimile communication control method, a facsimile communication control program and a recording medium by which data requiring emergency are surely transmitted by facsimile. SOLUTION: The facsimile apparatus 1 which is a call terminal transmits, when a message whose facsimile communication is impossible is received from a called terminal in a call of emergency transmission, the message by adding a call back request parameter and a call ID to a call connection message, and when the call connection message to which call back acceptance parameter and the call ID are added is received from the called terminal, associates image data with the call ID to be accumulated in a magnetic disk part 6. After that, the call terminal takes out, when the call connection message to which a call response parameter and the call ID are added is received from the called terminal, the image data corresponding to the call ID from the magnetic disk part 6 to be transmitted to the called terminal.
