SOLUTION: When commodity information is newly received from a server, a sales price display processing unit 821 performs erasure processing for erasing the current display on the display device 51 of the electronic shelf label 5 and then performs plotting processing for plotting an update screen for displaying the newly received commodity information on the display device to update the display of the display device.
