Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a flash memory processor and the polling method of a flash memory for preventing any useless polling or useless standby time. SOLUTION: This improved flash memory processor which performs write and delete of data to a flash memory includes: a time measurement means for measuring an end time from the start of the write or delete of the data of the flash memory; an interruption means for outputting an interruption signal after the measurement time from the start of the write or delete of the data to the flash memory based on the measurement result of the time measurement means; and a processing means for confirming the end of the flash memory based on the interruption signal of the interruption means.
