FLYER BROWSING TERMINAL, DISTRIBUTION DEVICE, GENERATION DEVICE AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse a three-dimensional floor plan of a real estate in an electronic flyer. SOLUTION: The electronic flyer browsing terminal for browsing the electronic flyer distributed from an electronic flyer distribution device via a network includes: a means making retrieval information be input, and transmitting the input retrieval information to the electronic flyer distribution device; a means receiving electronic flyer data obtained by performing retrieval by the transmitted retrieval information, property placement position information associated to the electronic flyer data, and three-dimensional floor plan data from the electronic flyer distribution device, and displaying the electronic flyer data attached with a designation frame corresponding to each property in a position wherein each property is placed; and a means displaying the three-dimensional floor plan data of the property corresponding to the selected frame when the inside of any designated frame is selected.
