Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, since a conventional spectrum analyzer does not use a filter having high Q, a frequency spectrum of an extremely short electromagnetic pulse cannot be measured. SOLUTION: The frequency spectrum of the extremely short pulse can be measured by utilizing the fact that a signal continues until a wavelength of Q-times of one wavelength by using a Fabry-Perot resonator having a high Q-value.
