SIMPLE ASSEMBLING CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple disposable assembling cap for disaster prevention, capable of always being carried as a folded flat plate form, and in an emergency, easily becoming three-dimensional and capable of protecting a head part. SOLUTION: This simple assembling cap consisting of a desired three-dimensional projection for covering the head part is provided with that the projection consists of the combination of planar elements and each of the elements bonds with adjacent elements through bent hinges. By installing one to a plurality of pieces of string passing through small holes installed at the desired elements, fixing both ends to different separate elements, and drawing the string and constricting, the cap becomes a three dimensional form for covering the head part. As a material, corrugated board, thick paper or the like are used. As necessary, it is possible to reinforce to cope with waterproof property and thrusting resistance by covering an exterior surface with a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a coating material or reinforce as a lining by weaving-in the same material to its inside. In emergency, it is useful as the disposable simple assembling cap which can be made instantaneously as the three dimensional form for protecting the head part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
