Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing method which can obtain a tire product stable in quality by suppressing the lowering of a mold temperature, deterioration in productivity, and the occurrence of an over-spew in a vulcanized tire even if a mold is left opened (in a dry cycle) in the vulcanization molding of a large-sized tire, in particular. SOLUTION: In the tire vulcanization method for vulcanizing a large-sized green tire, when a temperature of the container jacket of a vulcanization mold is set at a prescribed standard temperature, and a green tire is vulcanized for a prescribed time within 15 min before the vulcanization end of a preceding tire and/or a prescribed time within 10 min after the vulcanization start of a succeeding tire in addition to a time from the vulcanization end of the preceding tire to the vulcanization start of the succeeding tire, the temperature of the container jacket is raised to be higher by 2-7°C than a prescribed standard temperature. The prescribed standard temperature is set appropriately in a range of 140-155°C to be preferably 150±5°C or 150±1°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
