Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain the proper exchange period of a part, in addition to even a change of a part lifetime by a device use environment and an exchange experience in the past, in addition to the mean lifetime of components requiring exchange.SOLUTION: The state quantity of an installation environment installing a device 11 for monitoring and controlling a power system is measured by an environment measuring device 17. A part-lifetime prediction means 18 predicts the lifetime of each part for each device configuring the device 11 for monitoring and controlling the power system in consideration of the installation environment measured by the environment measuring device 17. The result of lifetime prediction at every part predicted by the part-lifetime prediction means 18 is conserved in a lifetime-prediction related-data storage 19. The result of the lifetime prediction for each part is output to a human interface device 16, as required, and an operator is informed of the results.
