COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of efficiently controlling start or disconnection of a communication means.SOLUTION: The communication terminal 10 provided with a first communication unit 11 and a second communication unit 12 includes: an in-range state detection unit 13 that detects in-range states of the first communication unit 11 and the second communication unit 12, which indicate whether distances of units 11 and 12 from a personal computer 50 are within or out of a communication range wherein the units 11 and 12 can communicate with the personal computer 50; and a communication state management unit 14 that, in accordance with the in-range state of one of the communication units 11 and 12 detected by the in-range state detection unit 13, makes shift to a start state, a standby state, or a disconnected state of the other communication units 11 and 12.
