Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar photovoltaic generator circuit adapted to simplify a fabrication process and cut down a unit cost without impairing reliability and performance quality.SOLUTION: The solid-state solar photovoltaic generator circuit includes a source of activating radiation 14, a photodiode array 16 responsive to the radiation, a switching device 18 coupled to the photodiode array 16 for responding to an electrical signal therefrom, and a high-impedance resistor made of substantially single-crystal silicon, in which the high-impedance resistor is formed during formation of the switching device 18. The fabrication of the circuit is thus significantly simplified and the performance of the high-impedance resistor becomes stable over a wide range of operation temperature.
