Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflecting electromagnet which is capable of controlling a magnetic pole gap with prescribed precision and high in magnetic field precision.SOLUTION: A pair of magnetic poles 11 are opposedly arranged with a prescribed spacing Mso as to pinch a plane of an orbit Pin which an orbit of a charged particle beam is formed. As for the magnetic poles 11 to be paired, the end parts 11e in the circumferential direction S are respectively detachable, the end parts 11e are respectively fixed to the body 11b of the magnetic pole by bolt tightening from outside the circumferential direction S. At the body 11b of the magnetic pole, a first receiving face Pwhich is in parallel with the plane of orbit Pfor supporting the end parts 11e and opposing to the plane of the orbit Prespectively and a second receiving face Pwhich is vertical to the plane of the orbit Pand the circumferential direction S and turning to outside of the circumferential direction S are installed. A screw hole Hof the bolt 13 installed at the second receiving face Pand a through hole Hof the bolt installed at the end parts 11e are inclined against the plane of orbit Pso that the head 13H comes closer to the plane of the orbit Pthan a screw tip 13P of the bolt. |
