INPUT DEVICE AND DISPLAY WITH INPUT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of suppressing vacuum bubbles from being visually observed at the point where pressurizing against a second substrate is released even if an insulating liquid is packed between a first substrate and the second substrate, and a display with input function which includes the input device.SOLUTION: An insulating liquid 49 is packed between a first substrate 10 and a second substrate 20, at an input device 1. Since a region divider 41 made from network-like polymer compound is provided between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, the insulating liquid 49 is in such state as divided in each small region 2c. Therefor, even if a vacuum bubble tends to occur in the insulating liquid 49, concentration of vacuum bubbles is suppressed by the region divider 41.
