Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work of a frame structure by reducing the number of components and assembly man-hours.SOLUTION: A connecting device is configured as follows. A first fixing hole 8 and a second fixing hole 9 are respectively provided in a first wing member 4 and a second wing member 7 of an almost L-shaped corner bracket. The first and second fixing holes are respectively mounted with a first clamp assembly and a second clamp assembly 15, each having a nut always screwed to a bolt. The head of the nut has a lateral-width dimension allowing the head to pass through a corner fixing groove 11 provided in a frame member 2, and a longitudinal dimension preventing the head from passing through the corner fixing groove. The bolt and the nut of each clamp assembly are set so as to integrally rotate together until the head of the nut reaches the clamp start position by a compression coil spring 25 stored between an intermediate flange of the nut and an intermediate stepped part 23 of the fixing hole.
