Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for obtaining hardened cement that is excellent in initial crack suppression effect and effect of inhibiting permeation of substances such as chloride ion and carbon dioxide over a long period of time, by enabling impregnation of a surface impregnating material into the hardened cement, even when the surface impregnating material is applied after a film-forming curing material is applied without conducting a substrate work for removing the film-forming curing material and to provide hardened cement totally improved in durability treated by the treatment method, as well as a treating agent for hardened cement suppressing the generation of algae and fungi.SOLUTION: The method for treating the surface of the hardened cement immediately after placement or after setting comprises forming a coating film by applying the curing material on the surface for retaining moisture in the hardened cement and subsequently applying the non-aqueous surface impregnating material onto the hardened cement without removing the coating film.
