Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable decorative material excellent in alcohol resistance or the like without impairing design performance while securing the innate moisture permeability of a paper material, and to provide a moisture-conditioned decorative sheet having the moisture-permeable decorative material bonded to the sheet.SOLUTION: In the moisture-permeable decorative material 1 where the paper material 2/an ink layer 3/a resin layer 4 are formed in this order, a part of the surface of at least the paper material 2 is exposed. The resin layer 4 is formed so as to cover the ink layer 3, and is formed so as not to cover the part of the paper material 2. Therefore, the moisture permeability of the paper material 2 is not reduced while securing the alcohol resistance or the like by protecting the ink layer 3.
