CLEANING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which can circulate and reuse a cleaning agent with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus includes a tank 10 for storing the cleaning agent, a nozzle 13 for injecting the cleaning agent to an object to be cleaned 18, a pump 11 for compressing and discharging the cleaning agent from the tank 10 to the nozzle 13, a heater 12 for heating the cleaning agent highly pressurized by the pump 11, and a cooler 14 for cooling and liquefying the cleaning agent vaporized by being injected from the nozzle 13. As the cleaning agent, a lipophobic cleaning agent which separates oil components is used, and the tank 10 is provided with a discharge port 17 for discharging the oil components from the cleaning agent stored in the tank 10, whereby when the cleaning agent is stored in the tank 10, the oil components rise to the upper layer of the cleaning agent stored in the tank 10, so that the rising oil components can easily be removed from the tank 10 through the discharge port 17.
