Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for detecting K-ras mutation in biological samples.SOLUTION: There are disclosed a K-ras primer for diagnosis selected from the group consisting of an arbitrary combination of specific sequences, and a kit comprising the primer. DNA from a biological sample, for example, beta-actin DNA from a serum of an individual diagnosed as a pancreatic cancer, is captured and selectively dissociated using a weakly basic homopolymer, and then the yield of amplifiable target DNA is improved by the method.
