Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a necessary regeneration brake torque, even if there are restrictions on a state of a battery.SOLUTION: On/off-control is performed when a regeneration power amount from a motor 10 exceeds an upper limit power amount defined by the state of the battery 30, and also when a torque command Te* and the number ω of revolutions of the motor correspond to a drive range in which a high-rotation low-load is defined. This on/off-control periodically generates a regeneration torque and a drive torque equal to or larger than zero so that the average torque in a prescribed period corresponds to the torque command Te*.
