Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase semiconductor power converter capable of aiming at gaining both of equalization of integrated inductance including connection conductors of each power semiconductor switching element between I/O terminals and ripple reduction of DC capacitors in parallel connection of a plurality of power semiconductor switching elements.SOLUTION: An inverter unit comprises each six groups of semiconductor packages from among even numbers of semiconductor packages, the six groups of semiconductor packages are divided into sets of two groups where each set is allowed to function as U, V, W phases, the six groups of semiconductor package are connected by the same P- and N-side DC busbars, the P- and N-side busbars are allowed to oppose each other while sandwiching a thin insulating layer therebetween to reduce the inductance of the DC busbars, and the inductance of the DC busbars among the U, V, W phases is reduced, thus reducing a ripple current of the DC capacitor. |
