PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing a management server to summarize information of IP packets by collecting the IP packets about reception information transmitted by a terminal when it receives video, sound and data of an IP multicast protocol.SOLUTION: The viewing information collection device collects an ID of any of video, sound and data transmitted by a terminal that receives multicast distribution, information of a start or end of viewing and reception, a reception time of the information, and address information representing a receiving terminal of a transmission source, and transmits the collected information to a viewing status management server, and the viewing status management server receives the information to store the information in a viewing status storing means, holds receiving times, and classifies, extracts and stores the information in the viewing status storing means. Further, the viewing status storing means is retrieved on a specified condition, and viewing status information is displayed.
