Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack including a secondary protection element in a protection circuit board, enhancing insulation performance to a bare cell, and capable of utilizing a space between the bare cell and the protection circuit board.SOLUTION: In a secondary battery capable of charging and discharging or a battery pack 300 including the secondary battery and a protection circuit board 100 being included in them, the insulation structure between the secondary protection element and the secondary battery can be eliminated while simplifying a manufacturing process by installing the secondary protection element in the inside of a board body 110 of the protection circuit board 100. Therefor, development of a differentiated battery pack can be performed, and competitiveness can be increased compared with other products.
